Travel Specialist

Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour

Scheduling: Hybrid in Fishers, IN

Position Overview

At Stratosphere Quality, we rely on seamless travel coordination to support our teams across the country. The Travel Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and managing travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering a smooth and positive experience for our employees in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compare travel options to secure the most cost-effective rates
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements using platforms such as Deem and Adelman
• Partner with travelers to build clear, accurate itineraries
• Process travel-related expenses, including billable travel and per diem reporting
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO procedures
• Complete required training and stay current on company processes
• Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in Travel, Tourism, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Flexibility to work assigned hours based on business needs, including occasional weekend coverage
