This is a traveling position based in Nashville, TN. Candidates must be available to travel up to 1.5 hours in all directions, with occasional extended travel, often on short notice, to customer manufacturing plants or warehouses.
Availability to work weekends, as well as both first and second shifts, is required.
Project Supervisors are responsible for project setup, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. This role serves as the primary on-site customer contact and leads teams of Quality Inspectors to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure all assigned teams and locations operate in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines
Develop work instructions and train Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors
Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
Oversee project setup, execution, and deliverables
Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and performance feedback
Complete all required training and follow company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments

Strong attention to detail
Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience working in business-to-business customer environments
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Ability to travel to customer facilities, including on short notice
Availability for weekends, first shift, and second shift
