About the Role
Are you passionate about automotive engines and quality assurance? Stratosphere Quality is looking for a Supplier Representative with an engineering mindset and hands-on knowledge of automotive components. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and suppliers, helping solve problems, improve processes, and ensure every part meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze automotive components to identify defects and recommend solutions

• Work closely with customers and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate containment and sorting of suspect parts to prevent quality issues

• Rework components using hand tools and measuring instruments as needed

• Prepare and share daily reports to keep teams aligned

• Lead daily conference calls to provide updates and coordinate actions

• Ensure compliance with all quality standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical background preferred

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, forging, and other automotive component production processes)

• Familiarity with hand measuring devices and basic tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Available to work assigned hours based on customer and business needs
