Essential Job Function
- Act as the primary liaison between the OEM and the contracted customer, ensuring seamless communication and strong professional relationships.
- Provide technical and quality support, addressing production issues promptly to prevent claims.
- Analyze problems at the OEM facility, propose solutions, and communicate corrective actions to production plants.
- Monitor and audit how the customer handles products, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Attend customer meetings and provide continuous feedback on quality concerns and claim resolutions.
- Stay updated on technical and industry developments through training and visits.
- Report regularly to the contracted partner.
- Support prototype builds, pre-serial production, engineering changes, and launch activities.
- Oversee and coordinate on-site sorting or rework activities, ensuring written approval from the contracted client
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and process control expertise
- Experience with standardized work, product, and process audits
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and sequencing (preferred)
- Tier 1 automotive experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Strong leadership with the ability to direct teams effectively

- Strong integrity and professionalism in representing the company
- Skilled in problem-solving and customer relationship management
