Position Overview

As a Project Supervisor, you’ll lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites during 2nd shift operations (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).

This role is dynamic—perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy travel, and can adapt to off-shifts. You’ll oversee project setup, team performance, and ensure top-notch results that keep our customers moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• ✅ Supervise and support inspection teams across customer locations.

• ✅ Ensure compliance with Stratosphere Quality standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.

• ✅ Train and mentor team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.

• ✅ Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• ✅ Complete required training and uphold company policies.

• ✅ Take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.

• Strong B2B customer service and communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments.

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license required (travel up to 1–1.5 hours from Cookeville).
