Position Summary

As a Project Supervisor, you will oversee project setup, manage customer deliverables, and lead teams of quality inspectors across assigned sites. This role requires frequent travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses within Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

You’ll create a supportive environment that recognizes contributions, drives team development, and ensures the highest level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support inspection teams across customer sites while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service.

• Ensure accurate documentation and completion of required company training.

• Be available for short-notice travel within the assigned coverage area.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business clients.

• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
