Summary of Responsibilities
Site Operations Manager
Manages delivery of services and oversees all activities directly relating to onsite operations.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluates ongoing projects’ profitability and customer satisfaction
- Allocates resources including equipment and personnel based on forecast of customer demand and business needs
- Monitors and controls current resources to meet margin profit goals
- Identifies any potential new business opportunities
- Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels
- Ensures ongoing training requirements are met
- Manages customers’ demands and specifications
- Investigates and corrects any non-conformances
- Completes reports as required
- Ensure all safety and location policies are followed
- Ensures compliance with quality requirements throughout performance of duties
- All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervision of salaried and hourly personnel
- Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes
- Experience in managing customer and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Available to work hours based on business needs
