🌟 Your Impact as a Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead on-site inspection teams, ensure projects are running smoothly, and build strong relationships with our customers. You’ll be the go-to person for training, supervision, and quality control at manufacturing plants or warehouses.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams at various job sites

• Train and guide team members on project-specific procedures

• Ensure safety protocols and operational standards are followed

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Serve as the job leader when the supervisor is unavailable

• Perform part inspections and oversee all inspection processes

• Provide tools, equipment, and support to your team

• Complete project documentation accurately and on time

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

• Participate in ongoing training and development

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong leader with a positive attitude and can-do mindset

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments

• Valid driver’s license

• Open to frequent travel, including between Lafayette, GA and Crandall, GA, with possible trips to Acworth, GA

• Availability to work 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM as required by business needs
