Project Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Rate of Pay: $21.00/hr
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Location: Pulaski, TN (Travel required up to 1–1.5 hours from Pulaski)

Position Summary

As a Project Supervisor, you will oversee project setup, manage customer deliverables, and lead teams of quality inspectors. This role involves traveling to manufacturing plants or warehouses within a 1–1.5 hour radius of Pulaski, TN. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

You’ll create an environment that recognizes individual contributions and supports employee development while ensuring top-quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teams across assigned locations to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.

• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Complete required training and adhere to all company policies.

• Provide support and leadership to team members to meet customer expectations.

• Be available to travel on short notice as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Strong business-to-business customer relationship skills.

• Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
