Position: Quality Inspector
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM
(Overtime may be required until 4:30 PM; occasional weekends included)
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be at the front line of quality assurance — ensuring our customers’ products meet the highest standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment alongside a team that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Inspect Products according to Stratosphere and Volvo-approved work instructions
- Record Data accurately for every piece inspected
- Track Time spent on each project with attention to detail
- Report & Document findings clearly and thoroughly
- Prepare Equipment and maintain readiness for every assignment
- Communicate Issues to leadership and customer teams as needed
- Monitor Production Lines to ensure only certified material is used
- Mentor New Team Members (as assigned)
General Job Duties
- Sort, inspect, and document production parts
- Follow written work instructions and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Use measuring and inspection tools (training provided)
- Attend and complete all required training courses
- Support team success by taking on additional duties as needed
