We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Team Leader for our operations in Ridgeville, SC. This is a working Team Leader position, meaning you will actively participate in project work when not performing translation duties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to assist Spanish-speaking employees by translating work instructions and communicating with Spanish-speaking auditors during audits.

Travel Opportunities - Customer sites from coast to coast
Translate work instructions and on-site communications between English and Spanish for team members.
Support communication between Spanish-speaking team members and English-speaking leadership, customers, or auditors.
Actively participate in quality inspection and sorting projects when not performing translation duties.
Set up projects and ensure all team members understand expectations, safety guidelines, and customer requirements.
Train and lead inspection team members to maintain consistent quality and performance.
Serve as the acting job leader when the Project Supervisor is unavailable.
Maintain communication with customer contacts and ensure accurate documentation is completed.
Ensure all team members have the appropriate equipment, tools, and safety gear.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Travel to customer sites, manufacturing plants, and warehouses as needed.
Complete required training and uphold company policies and procedures.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
Flexibility to work in varying environments and shifts.
Self-motivated with a positive and adaptable attitude.
