SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for documenting quality control activities in a manufacturing production process when a process failure has been given a disposition
Level I:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Drafts and manages the quality control documentation, instructions, and forms pertaining to the assigned customer scope
• Extracts product and process information from databases and compiles reports as requested
• Monitors supplier compliance with manufacturing practices
• Maintains communication with other departments
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of quality records as needed
• Completes required training classes
• Adheres to quality compliance requirements, customer’s internal policies and procedures
• Location specific duties as assigned
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collect data accurately with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Available to work assigned hours based on customer and business needs
• For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
