Quality Inspection Specialist
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (OT and weekends as needed)
Location: Lincoln AL

Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspection Specialist with Stratosphere Quality, you’ll play a vital role at the final stage of the vehicle assembly line—inspecting completed vehicles before they are released to final inspection team. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, take pride in maintaining high-quality standards, and have a track record of reliable attendance.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed visual and functional inspections of completed vehicles on the production line, including instrument panels, seals, wheels, chrome pieces, and doors, etc.
  • Use barcode scanners to confirm vehicle identification and inspection checkpoints.
  • Enter inspection results and defect data into customer-owned computer systems.
  • Maintain strict adherence to inspection protocols and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and site contacts to ensure inspection quality and consistency.
  • Exhibit consistent, on-time attendance and a high level of dependability
  • Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned

• Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to follow precise inspection guidelines and procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and team-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in automotive inspection or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
